Intraoperative neurophysiologic monitoring (IONM) is recognized as a crucial adjunct surgical service and has become the standard of care for high-risk surgical procedures. The valuable information of IONM allows the surgeon to avoid at-risk structures and immediately identify possible impairment. This real-time feedback allows the surgical team to intervene promptly to prevent
or reduce permanent post-operative neurological deficits.
We provide surgery specific coverage of any case involving at risk neural structures. This means that each clinician is assigned to cases in which they have extensive knowledge and specialization.
Due to our unique skill set and specializations N'Spine Monitoring works in both the university setting and level 1 trauma centers throughout Southern California. N'Spine Monitoring is performing a higher level of monitoring of complex surgeries in contrast to other companies. We are on the frontline of new and advanced methods, procedures and treatments.
N'Spine Monitoring performs modalities ranging from the basic SEPs, MEPs and EMGs to the advanced Awake Craniotomies and DBS cases.
